Results of tests, reports and investigations can only be discussed with clinical personnel. Patients may attend the Treatment Room by appointment, Monday to Friday, 08.30 - 11.45 or Tuesday to Friday, 16.30 - 17.30 to discuss test results with a nurse. Alternatively, patients may telephone the Medical Centre between 13.00 and 14.00, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, when a nurse will be available to answer any questions. Patients are asked not to book a doctor’s appointment just for this purpose unless specifically requested to do so by the doctor, or a follow-up consultation is necessary.
If you move or change your name, change your telephone/mobile number or purchase a mobile telephone, please let us know at the earliest opportunity so that we may amend our records. If you move outside our catchment area, you may be asked to register with another practice, as doctors are unable to visit out of area. Details of all Isle of Wight practices and their catchment areas may be obtained from the Isle of Wight NHS Primary Care Trust, Tel: 01983 524081.
